The All Tournament Teams for 2013 were announced on Championship Tuesday. MVP for A, B and C were Mitch Standera (Penfield), Mitchell Schaefer (Canandaigua) and Ryan Maciejewski (Penn Yan). Players were selected on the basis of their performances in the Section Five Tournaments.

The Players of the Year were announced at the conclusion of the Class A game. The award for Offensive Player of the Year was given to Albie DiPasquale of Pittsford. The award for Defensive Player of the Year was given to Charlie Cummins of Penfield. The award for Sportsman of the Year was given to Casey Kopp of Brighton.

Rush-Henrietta (Class A), Canandaigua (Class B) and Penn Yan (Class C) received the Sportsmanship Award from the Genesee Valley Lacrosse Officials Association. The award is named in honor of long time lacrosse enthusiast and official Steve Morgan.
